Steril Ozon FI - Injection


The new FI series has been designed for optimal performance in ozone injection applications, being robust and compact equipment. It is a simple to use and economical disinfection system, destroying germs naturally without leaving residues.


For applications in extractor hoods, ventilation ducts or for the reduction of odors discharged through ducts.
In Food Storage Chambers (fruit, fish, meat) it provides an increase in the storage period while avoiding the mixing of odours.

​ Its installation is very simple, the equipment incorporates a compressor, injecting the ozone-air mixture through the equipment's injection hose and it is introduced inside the cold room,_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_sauna or air conditioning duct.

UNPACKING


Check that the equipment is in good condition when you open it. If you notice any external damage or malfunction of the ozone generator caused during transportation, please contact the shipping agency as soon as possiblethroughthe customer service number  . As a rule, transport agencies only deal with claims that have elapsed 24/48 hours after delivery.

FACILITY


The location of the equipment and the circulation conditions of the hoses must be studied for the proper functioning of the equipment.
 

The ozone generator must be installed in a place with low humidity (<50% RH) and at a temperature below 38º, with good air circulation to disperse heat.
 

Important : When the equipment is installed in very dirty environments with suspended fatty particles (painting shop, in kitchens, etc…), the equipment must take in air from a clean area or from outside, to do this connect a suction air intake at the compressor inlet.


1. The ozonator must be installed on a wall without vibration.
2. Once the place to place the equipment has been prepared, fix it to the wall.
3. Never obstruct the side ventilation grilles, at least 15 cm apart.
4. Ensure the correct fixation of both the electrical and pneumatic connections (supply tube,
injection) outlet and intake if necessary.
5. The equipment incorporates a cable with a plug to connect it to the mains socket (127v / 230v)
6. Connect only to the voltage indicated on the plate.
7. Apparatus not suitable for installation outdoors without a roof.
8. Do not open the equipment in operation, turn it off beforehand and with dry hands.

FUNCTIONING


Connect it to the electrical current and the red pilot light will light up indicating that power is entering the equipment. Next, activate the start-up switch, the blue pilot light will turn on, indicating that it is generating ozone.

INSTALLATION IN DUCTS


1.- Locate a point to introduce the ozone injection hose in the duct after the ventilation machinery.
2.- Once the place of installation has been prepared, fix it with its supports in the back part, it is enough with 2 in the upper part of the equipment.
3.- Drill the duct to introduce approximately 20 cm of injection tube inside the duct, it is advisable to orient the tube in the direction of the air flow in the duct.
4.- Seal around the injection tube to prevent ozone leaks at the point.
5.- Adjust the operating hours to your needs.

Note: Ozone is 1.3 denser than air, so it is convenient to introduce the ozone through the upper part of the chamber.
 

1.- Drill the chamber wall to insert the ozone injection tube inside.
2.- Orient the tube towards the center of the chamber. In the event that the chamber has forced ventilation, the
ozone will be distributed optimally.
3.- Seal around the injection tube to prevent ozone leaks.
4.- Recommended programming: 5 hours working and 1 hour disconnected.
